Rev. Peter Frank Williams is the pastor of the historic St. Paul Missionary Baptist church, Freeport , Il where he has served since December 1993.  Licensed and ordained by The Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, Champaign, Il on April 23, 1989, he continued his education receiving a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Il.  He performed his graduate work in Contrl Systems from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  Pastor Williams is:
  • An adjucnt professor the Lay Academy Bible Institute of Madison, Illinois
  • Instructor in the Baptist General State Convention of Illinois, Congress of Christian Education
  • Educational spokesman, Secretary and Vice President for Freeport African-American Ministers United for Change
  • President of the Freeport Progressive Ministerial Fellowship Alliance,
  • Board member One Church, One Child
  • Present Moderator of Rockford & Vicinity Baptist District Association
  • General Secretary of the Moderator's Division of the National Baptist Convention, U.S.A., Inc.
